Meet Our Dentist & Team Orlando, FL

Dr. Najjar completed her bachelor’s degree in biology and then her dental degree at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated in 2023. She completes continuing education as often as she can throughout the year, with a current goal to add implant placement to her vast skillset. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association.

Dr. Najjar has been practicing dentistry in the area since 2024, where her goal is to provide high-quality, honest care that is focused on the patient and their needs. She promotes preventive dentistry, patient education and building long-term relationships.

Dr. Najjar has a sister who is also a dentist and who inspired her to become one herself. Dr. Rawan enjoys doing yoga in her free time and goes on dental mission trips to provide dental care to underprivileged individuals.

Kimberly joined our team in 2025, bringing five years of experience in the medical field. She supports the front office by managing calls, scheduling, verifying insurance, and processing payments. Originally from Massachusetts, she recently relocated to Florida with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys practicing nail design and spending time with family.

Stephanie has worked in the dental field for over 12 years, after completing dental assisting school in 2013. She joined our practice in 2024 and is passionate about creating a welcoming, family-like experience for every patient. Stephanie also helps patients understand their treatment and insurance coverage. She is proud mom of four, she enjoys coloring and crossword puzzles in her free time.

Naiomy earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification, allowing her to assist both at the front desk and chairside. She joined our team in 2021 and values the family-oriented environment. Naiomy ensures insurance claims are properly processed and enjoys connecting with patients. Outside of work, she’s a mom of two, a reader, and a weekend photographer always bringing a smile and laughter to the front desk.

Jose joined Exclusive Dentistry in 2025 and is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their oral health. He is known for providing gentle, thorough care and building trust through patient education. Jose values the strong connections within the team and with patients. In his free time, he enjoys sports, spending time with loved ones, and working toward his future goals.

Perla is originally from Cali, Colombia, where she practiced as a general dentist for 27 years and ran her own successful practice. Her expertise and warm demeanor make her a valuable part of our team. Perla takes pride in supporting both patients and staff, and she enjoys spending time with her family outside the office.

Beatriz, originally from Cuba, is a compassionate dental assistant with over 22 years of experience. She’s skilled in all areas of dental assisting and known for her calm, friendly demeanor. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, the light of her life.
